Early Game Money Method I would argue that the best method to make money in the early game would be tournaments, not only can you make money from bets, you can also win a prize that either upgrades your character ou that you can sell for extra profits.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord has a complex and rich gameplay, that allows players to immerse in a medieval world with a lot of different possibilities and paths. It was released on Steam Early Access in March 2020 and is still in development, with updates and patches coming out regularly. Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord is available on Steam.
Make polearms or 2h axes, with the biggest shaft you can find and the smallest head you can have. These (usually) get the biggest returns, because of minimal investment into material and very good profits. Also, smithing something like this usually gets 2-3 levels of smithing every time.
In bannerlord making peace is extremely easy. I think a bit too easy, I can attack and capture a town then pay off for peace and now I have a town. And the ai almost never declares war on you (my experience). 2. phoenixmusicman.

The best way to make money in Bannerlord is smithing (once you've unlocked enough recipes and have about 140 smithing skill). Early on, the stuff you produce is worthless, but as you start making tier 4 and higher weapons you will discover combinations that create weapons work up to 100k denars in value!
Lords pay a lot for their quests to grab like 4 horses for them or something and that will also get u renowned. Also when you have a bit more money buy better gear and start hitting some tournaments. With bets and the winning gear you can get 1.5-2k denars per.
One of the best ways to earn money early in Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord is to participate in tournaments. These events can be found in towns and offer large sums of money for the winner. Another way to earn money is to trade goods between towns.
5) Influence and money. They could eventually bankrupt you if you can't afford what they want as payment. 5b) Again, if you have the influence and money, you can make peace. Odds are you'll be paying them a hefty sum per day though. Also, if you have vassals, and they don't want to stop the war, you'll incur a relationship penalty to them.
That's not alot of money at all unless you're early-game. If early game, I'd spend that giving yourself and maybe some companions slightly better gear (unless that gear is over 20k a piece). If mid/late game, 150k is nothing so just keep it or use it on the normal necessities.
